How It Works
From Day 1 to Day 60, here’s what the process looks like when using our lien and mail software.
Day 1 – 3: Impound
Vehicle is ordered into impound from PD or PPI
Days 3 – 5: Search
Search completed to find vehicle interested parties (varies by state)
Days 5 – 10: Letters
Letters are mailed (USPS) to parties indicating pickup towing company’s right to lien
Days 10-30: Pick Up
Interested party picks up the impounded vehicle and pays associated fees
Day 30: Packet
Company prints copy of search, letters, and state forms needed to apply for title
Day 60: Sale/Auction
